While using this application, you may be distressed emotionally with the words created by some abusers.
Please read the following statement. And then, if you do not agree with it, we strongly recommend you not to use this application.

So, we are taking appropriate and rapid actions to prevent our users’ unexpected damage.
Below actions are already taken and going to be taken as soon as possible.

- Warning message when starting ‘teach’ function
- Auto deleting the words requested by multiple users
- Deleting the words when requested by the user distressed with them
- Setting an age limit in using
- Forbidding unverified users from teaching Simsimi
- Forbidding users who don’t agree to the terms and conditions from using this application
- Filtering specific words

Besides these actions, we will take appropriate actions rapidly to the cases.

[Agreement]

I agree the following statement.

In the case that I suffer from serious mental anguish despite the company’s exertion to prevent users’ distress,
I will not ask any criminal and civil liability to the Simsimi Inc.. And the company do not take any responsibility
of the damage caused while using this application.

If a legal action is taken, the Seoul Central District Court will have the exclusive jurisdiction.
